Large, heavy and palletised items
These rates apply to eligible standard parcels. Large, heavy, fragile or palletised equipment may require a separate delivery charge, including where the order value is £100.00 or more. We will confirm any revised charge before dispatch.
Highlands, islands and remote postcodes
The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and other offshore or remote locations may cost more. The available service and final charge will be confirmed after we check the size, weight and delivery postcode.
Delivery times
Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. Stocked parcels are sent using our standard service; bulky equipment, supplier-direct items and specialist deliveries can take longer.
Receiving your order
Please check the number and condition of parcels before signing. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s paperwork and contact us as soon as possible. Keep the product and all packaging while we investigate.
Access and failed delivery
Tell us about restricted access, stairs, loading restrictions, pedestrian zones or vehicle limits before dispatch. Standard delivery is normally to the nearest accessible ground-floor entrance. Redelivery, storage or return charges caused by incorrect details or unavailable recipients may be charged where lawful.
