Points from an eligible purchase appear as pending after successful payment and become available 48 hours after that payment. The waiting period starts when payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Unpaid or failed orders do not earn points. Points already available before this waiting period was introduced remain available.

Unused points expire on a rolling basis, 365 days after they are earned. Each purchase has its own expiry, measured from successful payment, including the initial 48-hour waiting period. A new purchase does not extend the expiry of older points. Your account shows the next points due to expire and the expiry for each purchase. When you claim a voucher, we use the points due to expire soonest first.

Utensil World Rewards is free for customer account holders. Create an account or sign in to your existing account, then visit My Rewards to see your pending points, available points, vouchers and activity. Sign in when ordering so the purchase is linked to your account.

Earn 1 point for every complete £1 of eligible product spend after discounts, excluding VAT and delivery. Points are rounded down separately for each paid GBP order: £250.99 of eligible spend earns 250 points. Orders paid partly with a reward voucher earn points on the eligible amount left after the discount. Eligible orders placed from 28 September 2026 can earn points; earlier purchases do not qualify.

Open My Rewards, choose an available voucher and confirm your claim. Claim £5 for 250 points, £10 for 500, £20 for 1,000, £50 for 2,500 or £100 for 5,000. Claiming deducts the points immediately. Pending and expired points cannot be exchanged. You may claim again whenever you have enough available points.

Each voucher is valid for 30 days from the moment you claim it. Its exact expiry is shown in your account in UK time. This is separate from the original points’ expiry. Expired vouchers and the points exchanged for them are not restored, so claim when you are ready to shop.

Sign in to the account that claimed the voucher. Copy the available code from My Rewards and enter it in the discount-code box at checkout. Each voucher is single use and applies to products before VAT. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for delivery.

You can claim more than one voucher if you have enough points, but only one reward voucher or promotional code can be applied to an order. Choose the code you want to use before completing checkout.

Your product subtotal excluding VAT must be greater than the voucher’s value. For example, a £5 voucher requires a product subtotal above £5 excluding VAT. Vouchers cannot be split between orders and no change or cash balance is given.

Cancelled items and refunds reduce the points earned from that purchase, including pending points. Where a refund is not assigned to individual items, points are reduced proportionately. If you have already exchanged the affected points, a points adjustment may need to be covered by other available points or future earnings before you can claim or use another voucher. Pending points can cover an adjustment only once their 48-hour wait has ended. Used vouchers are not reissued for refunded orders. Any points restored after a payment adjustment retain their original expiry.

A voucher reserved for an unpaid checkout becomes available again when that checkout is cancelled or expires, provided the voucher itself is still within its original 30-day validity period.

Points and vouchers are linked to your account and cannot be transferred, bought separately or exchanged for cash. Use your available points to claim one of the reward vouchers shown in My Rewards.

Check that you are signed in to the account used for your order and that payment was successful. During the first 48 hours, look under Pending points. You can refresh My Rewards to update your balance. If you still need help, contact Utensil World with your order number.
