This 18/10 heavy gauge Stainless Steel Chafing Dish incorporates a roll top mechanism that has a smooth open and close function for ease of use when serving. This roll top adjustable lid stops at 90 or 180 degrees and the lid can be removed entirely for effortless cleaning. All Elia chafing dishes are constructed with a heavy gauge frame to provide increased stability and durability for the catering environment. Comes complete with food pan, fuel holders & unique condensation/water collector pan. Suitable for use with standard chafing fuel elements. Solid Stainless Steel Legs and suitable for use with Gastronome 1:1 food pans.
